Boards
There are five primary considerations in the construction
of classic honor boards: panel shape, framing technique,
letter style, treatment of the crest or graphics and color
or finish.
Shape
We have four shapes in our Classics line: Victorian, Americana,
Vermonter and Englander. Each shape has a unique and unmistakable
style and grace, and can be made from cherry, mahogany
or oak.
Shapes typically are selected to best complement an existing
or planned ambience or style.
Some shapes draw attention quickly to their elegance and
power; others are chosen to coordinate well while remaining
quiet but ornate.
